Barry Mercer is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional with a career spanning over two decades in the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager and Procurement Manager at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since July 2007, Barry Mercer has contributed significantly to aviation projects, focusing on materials and plant procurement as well as tender support for the estimating team. Prior to this, Barry Mercer held the position of Senior Contract Administrator, overseeing contract administration and cost reporting for the airfield pavements section of the Terminal 5 project.
