Casey Fleming

Casey Fleming currently holds the position of Head of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since June 2023, leading a team of HSE professionals on complex rail civil engineering projects. Previously, Casey served as Head of Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure for five years, focusing on UK projects for Network Rail and Transport for London. Additional experience includes roles as Health and Safety Manager at Arcadis, Senior HSE Manager at KEO International Consultants overseeing major projects in the Middle East, and numerous positions at Morgan Sindall (Construction & Infrastructure) where Casey managed HSE and sustainability within significant rail projects, including the Crossrail initiative. Early career was spent as Environmental Manager at Serviceteam, managing ISO certification for various local authority contracts. Casey possesses a BA in Environmental Management and Psychology from Keele University.
