Jen Jones

Jen Jones currently serves as the Head of People for Energy & Water at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Jen Jones worked at ReAssure from October 2017 to May 2023, occupying roles as Human Resources Business Partner and Lead HR Consultant. Prior experience includes HR Manager and HR Advisor positions at Müller UK & Ireland Group from March 2015 to October 2017, HR Advisor at Ricoh UK between November 2013 and March 2015, and HR Advisor at the Crown Prosecution Service from July 2010 to November 2013. Jen Jones holds a postgraduate diploma in HRM from the University of Wolverhampton (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Sociology from The University of Sheffield (2000-2003).
