Michelle Russ

Michelle Russ is an experienced design manager currently employed at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since November 2017, where roles have included Assistant Design Manager and Alliance Enabling Manager for the Welsh Water Capital Delivery Alliance Integrated Solutions Team. Previous positions include an Experienced Practitioner at Arup and various roles at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, such as Asset Improvement Manager and Regulatory Policy Adviser, focusing on sustainable drainage schemes and stakeholder engagement. Michelle's early career involved significant contributions to the Welsh Government in water policy and strategy development, as well as roles in local government and museums.
