Neil Bailey

Neil Bailey has served as Commercial Director at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure since March 2020, following a long tenure at Morgan Sindall where Neil holds the same title since March 2000, contributing to the Sellafield Infrastructure Strategic Alliance through the Morgan Sindall Arup joint venture. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Commercial Manager at Mowlem from 1995 to 2000 and begins a career as a Quantity Surveyor. Neil Bailey holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, a BTEC OND in Construction from NEWI, and completed education at Ruthin School.
