Sergio Batista

Sergio Batista is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator at Morgan Solar Inc. since July 2014, Sergio is adept in cloud administration, server management, cybersecurity, and automation development across multiple platforms including Google Workspace and Cisco Meraki. Prior to this role, Sergio was a Senior Technical Specialist at Servall Canada Inc., where responsibilities included managing server installations, overseeing a ticketing system, and deploying new technologies. Earlier in their career, Sergio held positions in sales and account management with LaCie and Vistek, promoting and configuring computer equipment. Sergio holds a Google IT Support Professional Certificate and a Media Arts Diploma from Sheridan College.
