Akbar Causer

Akbar Causer is the Head of Emerging Markets Corporate Debt at Morgan Stanley, where they have served as Managing Director since 2017. Prior to this role, Akbar worked as a Research Analyst at DDJ Capital Management from 2013 to 2017 and held positions at Rothschild, Inc., Littlejohn & Co, and Western Seed Company. Akbar also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Temasek Holdings in 2012. They currently manage emerging markets portfolios at Eaton Vance, a position they have held since 2019.
