Akshay Seebaluck

Akshay Seebaluck possesses extensive experience in the field of cyber security and technology business development. Currently serving at Morgan Stanley since November 2018, Akshay contributes to the Technology Business Development team, providing strategic insights and recommendations on emerging threats and technology trends to senior leadership. Prior roles include Information Security Consultant at the Government Online Centre, where Akshay managed information security architecture, and at the Computer Emergency Response Team of Mauritius, focusing on incident handling and technical audits. Akshay also participated in a prestigious global internship with the Center for Global Enterprise and has foundational experience in network operations and software development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a Master’s in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London.
