Alonzo E. serves as the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Morgan Stanley since September 2021, following a distinguished tenure at Vanguard from June 2013 to September 2021, where roles included Chief Security Officer and Principal of Enterprise Security and Fraud. At Vanguard, Alonzo led security architecture and implemented various enterprise platforms in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, while achieving substantial cost savings through strategic security solutions consolidation. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of OZ World Media, Principal at Capgemini, and Director of Technology Risk at Citigroup, where Alonzo managed global IT risk and security initiatives. Alonzo co-founded Imperito Networks, contributed to notable cybersecurity advancements, and achieved recognition as a top performer at Citi. Alonzo holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
