Alyssa Durant Lekai

Alyssa Durant Lekai is an experienced professional in compensation and analytics, currently serving as Director of Global Compensation and Analytics at Morgan Stanley since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lekai worked at AllianceBernstein from April 2021 to May 2023, holding positions as AVP/Finance Manager in Compensation and People Operations, and Compensation and Benchmarking. Earlier experience includes a tenure at EY from October 2017 to April 2021, progressing from Assurance Staff to Assurance Senior.
