Carrie Li

Carrie Li is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and campus recruiting, currently serving as a Campus Recruiting Manager I for Technology & Company at Morgan Stanley since July 2025. Prior to this role, Carrie Li spent nearly eight years at AlphaSights, progressing through various positions from Associate to Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition, contributing to the company's mission of connecting top professionals with critical knowledge. Earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters for a short period in 2017 and serving as a Human Resources Assistant for the Government of Alberta from 2015 to 2017. Carrie Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Alberta, earned in July 2014.
