Chabe Acosta

Chabe Acosta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent strategy, operations, and grantmaking. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Strategy & Operations and Director of D&I Nonprofits & Sponsorships at Morgan Stanley, Chabe oversees multiple operating budgets and directs numerous sponsorships and volunteer initiatives, engaging over 1,550 employees. Prior roles include Program Director at Give Something Back, where Chabe developed grantmaking strategies and significantly expanded scholarship programs for low-income students, and Education Initiatives Coordinator at the Hispanic Federation, where Chabe coordinated educational seminars and built partnerships to address the Latino achievement gap. Acosta holds a Master's of Arts in Global Development and Social Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from St. John's University.
