Corey Last

Corey Last is an accomplished finance and legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, capital markets, and regulatory enforcement. Currently serving as Vice President in Global Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley since October 2023, Corey previously held a Vice President position at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and worked as an Associate in Securities Division Compliance at Goldman Sachs. Corey's earlier roles include Senior Associate at KPMG US, where responsibilities included reviewing and filing suspicious activity reports in compliance with BSA regulations, and various legal positions such as Student Lawyer at Washtenaw’s Public Defender Office and Judicial Intern at the 30th Circuit Court of Ingham County. Corey holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Binghamton University.
