James Mangan

James Mangan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and management at Morgan Stanley since June 2001, where roles have included Managing Director and Global Head of Litigation, as well as Managing Director for U.S. and Asia Litigation. Prior to this, James Mangan worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as a Litigation Associate from September 1997 to June 2001, and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph McLaughlin at the U.S. Court of Appeals from February 1996 to September 1997. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Georgetown University Law Center (1992 - 1995) and an AB degree in History from Georgetown University (1988 - 1992).
