John Triolo

John Triolo is a tax accounting specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of US Tax Reporting at Morgan Stanley since 2015, John previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers from 1987 to 2008 and was a Partner in Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2009 and 2015. John specializes in FAS 109, Sarbanes Oxley, FIN 48, tax compliance, M&A, transfer pricing, and audit defense. They hold an MBA in Finance from St. John's University and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
