Latoya Baysmore

Latoya Baysmore is an accomplished professional at Morgan Stanley, currently serving as an Executive Director. With extensive experience within the organization, Latoya has held various leadership roles, including Vice President in IT Change Management and Mainframe Operations. Additional positions include Problem Manager and Offshore Manager for the STP Application Support Group, as well as TAPSCo Adabas DBA Operations. Latoya began a career in technology through the Mainframe Graduate Training Program, culminating in the role of Senior Computer Operator.
