Manoj Menon

Manoj Menon is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and CAO at Morgan Stanley since May 2014, Manoj leads the execution of India Global Centers Strategy and engages with regional stakeholders as Site Leader in Bengaluru. Previously, Manoj held key leadership roles at companies such as SunGard as Senior Vice President of Operations, Barclays Technology Centre India as Chief Operating Officer, and Capgemini as Senior Vice President, where significant operational growth and integration were achieved. Manoj began a career in consulting at Tata Consultancy Services and later founded Arjay Management, enhancing strategic service delivery. Education includes a Master's in Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
