Micayla Kates is currently a Private Wealth Management Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and has experience as a Private Wealth Management Summer Analyst with Magellan Group. Micayla is also involved with Goldman Sachs' Virtual Insight Series and serves as a Venture Capital Scout at LvlUp Ventures, where interactions with founders and technology insights enhance investment evaluation skills. As the founder of Shop With Mica, an online retail platform that merges philanthropy with fashion, Micayla has achieved a 150% gross margin on high fashion items. Additional roles include Environmental Software Marketing Lead at Scoot Science, Head of Brand Partnerships and Philanthropy at MASH Magazine, Wolverine Wellness Campus Leader at the University of Michigan, and creator of the Campus Compass wellness podcast.
