Michelle Fischetti-Hergenhan

Michelle Fischetti-Hergenhan, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in product control and regulatory capital management across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the SPG Product Control NA Lead and ISG Lending Controllers Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Michelle has held various leadership positions, including Vice President roles in Securitized Products Group and Institutional Securities Lending. Prior experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. includes multiple Vice President roles within the Corporate and Investment Bank Finance and Business Management and Regulatory Capital Management offices. Michelle began their career at Morgan Stanley, progressing from an intern to various analytical positions in corporate reporting. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College, earned between 2003 and 2008.
