Nicky Arrea

Nicky Arrea is an Emerging Markets Sales Analyst at Morgan Stanley, a position held since July 2023, after completing a Fixed Income Summer Analyst role at the same firm in 2022. Prior experience includes a Future Talent Intern position at Accenture, a brief BEL Intern role at Bain & Company, and a Nexus Fellow at The D. E. Shaw Group. Nicky co-founded Compartamos la Mesa, where work involved collaborating with CEOs and lawmakers to draft a bill aimed at reducing liabilities associated with food donation in Costa Rica, earning recognition from Harvard as one of the top global student initiatives in 2017. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Aguilar Castillo Love, focusing on non-profit registration procedures in Central America. Nicky holds a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Vanderbilt University.
