Peter Yu, PhD, is currently the Vice President and Industrial & Organizational Psychologist at Morgan Stanley, overseeing firmwide employee listening initiatives and serving as the lead people analytics advisor for the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this role, they worked at Goldman Sachs where they directed firmwide employee listening activities and developed competency models for manager effectiveness. Yu has also imparted knowledge as an adjunct professor at Baruch College, teaching various psychology courses. They are pursuing multiple advanced degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
