Phil Gallagher

Phil Gallagher is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of ISG Rewards & Analytics at Morgan Stanley since March 2020, focusing on analytics for Investment Banking and Capital Markets. Previously, Phil held various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from July 2014 to February 2020, including Associate positions in Compensation Projects and Executive Compensation, and completed a human resources rotational program. Phil also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab since February 2021. Early career experience includes clerical work at Brandeis University's Office of the Provost while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Politics at the same institution, from 2010 to 2014.
