Reece Schietinger

Reece Schietinger is an Investment Management Associate at Morgan Stanley since July 2025, with a substantial background in filmmaking as a Freelance Filmmaker at Lighthouse Studios since October 2017, completing projects for notable clients such as the Charlottesville Climate Collaborative and the Dave Matthews Band. Previously, Reece worked as a Consultant and Associate at Reference Point from July 2022 to July 2025, and as the Founder of East Egg Productions where film production work included documentaries, advertisements, and music videos, utilizing skills in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Early experiences include a Summer Associate position at Reference Point in 2021 and a Casting and Education Intern role at arvold., where research efforts focused on expanding actor-training applications to the business sector. Reece earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, completing studies in 2022.
