Shilpika Saxena

Shilpika Saxena is an accomplished executive in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley since April 2016, Shilpika heads India Talent Acquisition and co-leads India Experienced Recruiting with a focus on technology hiring. Prior to this role, Shilpika held notable positions at Samsung R&D India and Microsoft, managing lateral hiring and team operations. Shilpika began a career in recruitment at Infosys Technologies, and other organizations, building a strong foundation in HR. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
