Stephen Byrd is currently the Global Head of Thematic Research and Sustainability Research at Morgan Stanley, where they focus on a wide range of ESG topics and have been recognized by Institutional Investor polls in both Utilities and Alternative Energy. Previously, they served as Head of North American Equity Research, overseeing various sectors including Power/Utilities and Clean Tech, as well as holding leadership roles at PSEG and Energy Storage & Power. Byrd holds a BBA in Finance from William & Mary, along with a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
