Will Vance

Will Vance is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in middle office operations, particularly within the securities lending and repo trading sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and EMEA Head of Financing Operations Middle Office at Morgan Stanley since May 2017, Will Vance oversees departmental management and strategic planning for a diverse range of activities. Will Vance previously held the role of Director and was responsible for leading a 21-member cross-location team in SFTR Financing Operations, focusing on regulatory reporting and reconciliation. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Will Vance worked as a Client Administrator at Baillie Gifford and served as an Associate in securities lending operations at Morgan Stanley. Will Vance holds an Investment Operations Certificate from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Accounting from Glasgow Caledonian University, along with ongoing studies in Management Accounting at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
