William Pardue

William Pardue is a Vice President in the State and Local Tax practice at Morgan Stanley in New York City, specializing in complex matters related to the financial services industry. They previously served as a Managing Director at BDO USA, where they assisted clients with a range of state and local tax issues. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP and McCarter & English, and Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, among others. William holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
