Randy Smith

Randy Smith currently serves as the Director of Football Academics at Morgan State University, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Randy worked at Howard University from March 2019 to November 2025, where functions included Assistant Director of Student Athlete Support Services and Learning Specialist. Earlier in Randy's career, from March 2012 to March 2019, experience was gained as an Athletic Academic Advisor at Delaware State University.
