Ryan Koch

Ryan Koch has worked in the IT industry since 2015. Ryan'sfirst role was as an IT Consultant at Morganelli Caetano IT. Ryan then moved to Lehigh Valley Health Network Via Kforce, where they worked as an EPIC Analyst and Support. In this role, they installed and supported hardware for LVHN's transition to a new electronic health records system (EPIC) at their 190+ practices. Ryan also audited a network of 8000+ devices across 4 hospitals, updating a Sharepoint database to track existing installations of Windows XP. Koch's most recent role was at STR Center, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Coach from 2013-2015. In this role, they monitored and provided quality feedback to interviewers, trained new in-house and remote work from home interviewers, set-up and managed interviewers workstations, and troubleshot remote interviewers hardware and network connectivity issues. Ryan also conducted outbound phone studies and accurately input data, and professionally and courteously interacted with respondents.

Ryan Koch attended the New Horizons Computer Learning Center from 2013 to 2014, where they earned Technical Certifications in Information Technology. Ryan also obtained three additional certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and CompTIA in 2014, including a Microsoft Office Specialist, A+, and Network+.
