Mike McNulty

Michael McNulty is an experienced utility management professional currently serving as the General Manager of Morgantown Utility Board since October 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of General Manager at Putnam Public Service District from August 2004 to October 2020 and served as Executive Director of the WV Rural Water Association from January 2001 to August 2004. Michael's academic background includes a Master of Science in Management from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
