Ben Zaleschuk

Ben Zaleschuk is a skilled property accountant with extensive experience in financial management and accounting roles. Currently serving at Morguard since July 2016, Ben is responsible for monthly bank reconciliations and the preparation of operating and cash flow statements. Previously, at FirstService Residential, Ben maintained a portfolio of 53 condominium corporations and prepared monthly financial statements while liaising with owners and boards. Early career experience includes roles as a survey assistant at Kellam Berg Engineering & Surveys and MMM Group Geomatics, where Ben contributed to engineering surveys and data analysis. Ben Zaleschuk holds a Bachelor of Applied Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Diploma of Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
