Dolores Reid

Dolores Reid is an experienced IT operations professional with a focus on network operations and administrative leadership at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). Currently serving as the IT Operations Lead at MORI Associates since January 2014, Dolores supervises a team of seven and enhances support services to improve operational capabilities. Previously, Dolores held roles at Computer Science Corporation from 2000 to 2014, progressing from Level II Analyst to Network Operations Lead, addressing network hardware challenges and developing software solutions. Earlier, Dolores worked as a Network Operations Analyst at OAO, managing hardware and software issues and coordinating user account setups. Dolores completed education at Pasadena City College from 1989 to 1991.
