Hector Abello

Hector works as a manufacturing associate in Mori’s pilot plant, executing daily operations and ensuring plant compliance with all GMP and food safety procedures.

He has over four years of experience in supervisory roles in the hospitality industry. During that period of time, Hector developed a great interest in reducing food waste.

Hector received a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Tachira, back in his hometown of San Cristobal, Venezuela.
