Jim Chen

Jim Chen has extensive experience in supply chain management, having held various leadership roles in prominent companies. As Associate Director at Apellis Pharmaceuticals, Jim focused on commercial supply planning and conducted monthly supply S&OP meetings. At Replimune, Jim served as Director of Clinical Supply Chain, overseeing supply planning for multiple global studies and managing a clinical planning team. Previous roles include Associate Director of Resource Management at PAREXEL, where Jim developed resource forecast models, and Director of Global Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning at Navico, where Jim presented executive meetings to optimize inventory positioning. Currently, as Director of S&OP and Supply Chain at Mori, Jim is establishing the S&OP process and chairs monthly executive meetings. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and East Asian Studies from UC San Diego and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
