Ella Fryer-Smith

Ella Fryer-Smith is an accomplished professional in the research and consultancy sector with extensive experience in qualitative methodologies and ethnographic studies. Currently serving as Co-Chair of MRS Social Equity Group and Founder of Do You Research, Ella is dedicated to transforming the research industry through inclusive and experimental approaches. Ella holds key positions as Vice Chair of The AQR and Drama Tutor at Morley College, focusing on enhancing communication skills in ESOL students. Previously, Ella worked as a Research Consultant at Ofcom, Podcast Producer and Creator at Unequal Truths, and held various roles at Ipsos MORI and Ipsos in North America. Ella's academic background includes a BSc in Sociology from Brunel University of London.
