Josie Estes

Josie Estes is an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal currently working at Morneau Law since March 2025. With a strong background in case support across various legal specialties, including estate planning and probate, Josie has held significant roles in the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, Inc., serving as Board Advisor, President, and President Elect. Previous positions include Trusts & Estates Paralegal at McLane Middleton and Senior Paralegal at Frasca & Frasca, P.A. Josie's extensive experience also includes roles at Backus, Meyer & Branch, LLP, and Whitney Law Offices, where skills in coordinating documentation and case scheduling were honed.
