Independent Healthcare Properties (IHP), LLC, a Chattanooga, TN.-based senior healthcare services company, develops, owns and manages over 32 Morning Pointe® Assisted Living, Personal Care and The Lantern Alzheimer’s Memory Care Center of Excellence communities in five southeastern states including Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana. It was founded in 1996 by Tennessee healthcare entrepreneurs, Greg A. Vital and Franklin Farrow. We provide services in a comfortable home-like environment with the benefit of having nursing care available when needed. • Individual care plans are coordinated by licensed nurses and with healthcare providers in order to maintain an optimized healthcare management plan. These plans are drafted, programmed and reviewed regularly allowing staff to meet the ever changing needs of the resident. Licensed nurses provide oversight of health, wellness and medication administration while licensed clinical staff are available 24 hours a day.
