Independent Healthcare Properties (IHP), LLC, a Chattanooga, TN.-based senior healthcare services company, develops, owns and manages over 32 Morning Pointe® Assisted Living, Personal Care and The Lantern Alzheimer’s Memory Care Center of Excellence communities in five southeastern states including Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.
