Julien Barbant

Julien Barbant is a seasoned real estate development professional currently serving as the Directeur développement immobilier at Morning since February 2020, where responsibilities include strategizing development initiatives with senior leadership and negotiating financial and legal conditions for projects totaling over 30,000 m² annually. Prior experience includes serving as Responsable du développement immobilier at Belambra Clubs from February 2018 to February 2020, overseeing the acquisition of 80,000 m² of new assets and managing 15 properties.
