Eric Slavik has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Eric started their career as the Manager of Customer Service and Warranty at Neumann Homes, where they handled quality control and warranty claim resolution for residential subdivisions. Eric then joined Morningside Equities Group, Inc., where they served as an Assistant Project Manager before being promoted to Regional Asset Manager. In this role, Eric managed various property-related tasks. Eric further advanced their career at Morningside as the Vice President of Asset Management, responsible for overseeing asset management activities. Throughout their tenure, they demonstrated their expertise in construction oversight, bidding, contracting, and property operations.
Eric Slavik received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Southern Illinois University in 2002.
