Thor Heise

Thor Heise has a strong background in the construction industry with over 30 years of experience. Thor started their career at Metric Constructors in 1988 as an Office Engineer and worked their way up to Superintendent before leaving in 1995. Thor then joined Clancy & Theys Construction as a Project Manager before transitioning to Edifice Inc in 1998. At Edifice Inc, they served as a Project Manager until 2003, when they were promoted to VP of Operations. Thor held this position until 2005 when they moved to J.F. Schultze Construction, LLC as the VP of Operations. In 2011, they joined LeChase Construction as a Project Executive and stayed with the company until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Morningstar Properties, LLC, initially as the Director of Construction and later promoted to the Vice President of Construction.

Thor Heise attended North Carolina State University from 1983 to 1988, where they completed a degree in Construction Management. Prior to attending university, they had schooling at NPHS and South Meck, although the specific years and degrees earned are unknown.
