Chad James

Chad James is a seasoned executive in healthcare operations with extensive experience overseeing facility management and enhancing employee engagement and financial outcomes. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at MorningStar Senior Living since April 2022, Chad previously held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations. Prior roles include Advisory Board Member at Save Our Youth and Regional Director of Operations at Veritas Management Group, where oversight extended to ten healthcare facilities across several states. Chad has also served as Executive Director for multiple facilities under Life Care/Century Park and Life Care Centers of America, where achievements include significant operational improvements and multiple accolades, including the American Health Care Association’s Bronze Quality Award. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lee University.
