Javiera Arceneaux (Garcia)

Javiera Arceneaux (Garcia) has a diverse range of work experience. Javiera started their career as an Analyst at the City of San Jose in 2001. Javiera then became a Board Member at the California School-Age Consortium (CalSAC) and later served as their Treasurer. Javiera also worked as a Managing Partner at Madison Premiere Realty from 2004 to 2009.

In 2009, they joined Sunrise Senior Living as the Director of Community Relations. After that, they worked as an Account Manager at Vitas Healthcare from 2010 to 2011. Javiera then moved on to a role at Holiday Retirement, where they held various positions including Regional Sales Leader, Regional Director, Vice President of Operations, and finally, Senior Vice President.

Following their time at Holiday Retirement, Javiera joined Chief as a Member from 2021 to 2023. Javiera also volunteered at Cake4Kids and St. Vincent de Paul Mission Store and Food Pantry.

Currently, Javiera is the Executive Vice President of Sales at MorningStar Senior Living, starting from 2023. Javiera'sextensive experience in the senior living industry and expertise in sales and operations make their a valuable asset to the organization.

Javiera Arceneaux (Garcia) began their education in 1996 at San Jose State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Javiera successfully completed their studies in 2001. In 2004, they enrolled in Golden Gate University for a year and obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Strategic Planning. In 2017, Javiera attended Cornell University for a short period to complete a Certificate Program in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
