Jon Welniak

Jon Welniak has extensive experience in facility management within the senior living sector, currently serving as Plant Manager at Ensign Services since August 2017 and Director of Engineering at MorningStar Senior Living since August 2015, overseeing maintenance and housekeeping operations. Previously, Jon held the role of Regional Property/Project Manager at Brookdale Senior Living Inc. from April 2010 to June 2015, providing technical support for multiple senior communities and managing capital improvement projects. Earlier positions include Cluster Maintenance Leader at Sunrise Senior Living from April 2006 to May 2010 and Director of Environmental Services at The Amabbasidor from April 2003 to November 2005, where Jon managed maintenance and construction initiatives. Jon began a career in design and fabrication as the Owner of Arbor Welding from May 2003 to November 2005, focusing on custom welding solutions.
