Shannon Friesen

Shannon Friesen has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Shannon began their career in 2002 as an Office Specialist for the State of Oregon. Shannon then gained financial expertise through various roles, including Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, and Senior Financial Manager at Holiday Retirement. In these positions, they conducted financial reviews, monitored performance on Canadian assets, and tracked hiring. Shannon also served as Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Holiday Retirement, where they supported business initiatives and led the home care business.

Shannon then joined Eclipse Senior Living as the Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis and later became the Regional Director of Operations. During their time at Eclipse Senior Living, they contributed to financial planning, managed operations, and oversaw procurement. After that, they worked at Alliance Residential Company as the Director of Asset Management, focusing on managing assets within the organization.

Currently, Shannon holds the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at MorningStar Senior Living, where they are responsible for overseeing operational activities throughout the company.

Shannon Friesen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Linfield University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004.
