Alexa Nickow

Alexa Nickow has extensive experience in program and operations management, primarily within the People & Culture division at Morningstar since July 2014. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management, Alexa leads the People & Culture Program Management Office, focusing on executing strategic programs. Previous roles include Director of Global Operations and Operations Manager, where Alexa successfully managed large teams, promoted operational excellence, and enhanced employee experience through effective collaboration and support. Significant contributions include project management for a company-wide Intranet, implementing Agile methodologies, and overseeing compensation initiatives. Prior to Morningstar, Alexa held various roles in customer support, tutoring, and organizational consulting. Alexa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
