Dayna Doman

Dayna Doman has over a decade of experience at Morningstar, where responsibilities have included roles from Data Analyst for Exchange Traded Funds to Data Director for Global Fund Data - ESG. In the current position, Doman oversees a team of data analysts, managing training, operations, and career development while ensuring quality assurance and data collection processes for a large portfolio of institutional investments. Doman has successfully implemented numerous projects utilizing LEAN and Agile methodologies, addressed complex client issues, and served as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance. Earlier, Doman held the role of Account Executive, driving sales within the financial advisor segment. An internship at Porsche was also part of Doman's early professional experience. Doman holds a BA in Economics & Business and German from Kalamazoo College.
