Gresal D'silva has over a decade of professional experience in quality assurance, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager and previously as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at Morningstar since May 2021. Prior to this role, Gresal spent nearly nine years at Ness Digital Engineering as a Senior QA Engineer, focusing on requirements analysis, test scenario identification, and test case design. Earlier experience includes working as a Test Analyst at eClerx Services Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed test case preparation and execution, development of test plans, and manual testing for E-commerce and pricing applications. Gresal holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from St. Andrew's College, complemented by prior education at Thomas Baptista Jr. College and St. Augustine's High School.
