Jeff Westergaard is the Director of Fixed Income Data and Methodology at Morningstar, Inc., where they lead global efforts to enhance fixed income data, analytics, and methodologies. With a background in fixed income markets, particularly in the U.S. municipal sector, Jeff has held various influential positions at firms such as PaineWebber, UBS, and Dean Witter. They obtained a BBA in Economics and Finance from the University of Iowa. Jeff is dedicated to improving fixed income portfolio analysis and actively explores the application of data analysis techniques from other industries to the fixed income market.
