Katalina Pavon

Katalina Pavon's work experience begins in 2021, where they worked as a Marketing Intern at Morningstar for a three-month period. In 2018, they interned at Spectrum Investment Advisors, Inc., where their main project included compiling research on the stock market and creating a wall mural for the office. Katalina then returned to Morningstar in 2022 as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioned into a Team Lead position. Katalina'sresponsibilities in this role included coaching and developing the sales team, optimizing processes, and collaborating with marketing and sales leaders.

Katalina Pavon completed their undergraduate degree in Marketing and Finance with a focus on International Marketing at Loyola University Chicago from 2018 to 2022. Katalina is currently pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics at Loyola University Chicago, scheduled to be completed in 2024.
